The Villa Vigoni Centre offers accommodation to the participants and, if needed, to their spouses. Some participants chose to drive, but most fly to Milan. The Villa Vigoni Centre can arrange for participants to be picked up from and brought back to the Malpensa and Linate airports (an hour to an hour and a half from the Villa Vigoni). The discussions on the Saturday end towards 3.30 p.m. and participants are usually invited to take part in the visit of one of the many beautiful historic villas existing in the area. Dinners are offered on the three evenings and light lunches are served on the Fridays and Saturdays. Participants are expected to arrive on the Thursday afternoon in time for the dinner and usually leave on Sunday morning after breakfast.
The seminar is funded through a combination of donations from some sponsors – indicated on the programme – and contributions from the participants. The Centre is not in a position to refund travel costs for the participation in the seminar.
